We will start processing your order immediately. Subsequently, as we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once it is placed. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.

After you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. Here, you will see your order number and complete details of your order. We recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.


Prices on our website are currently charged in sterling (£). We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Please be aware that Infinite Objects is a subsidiary of Rosie Lees Ltd. therefore all Infinite Objects transactions will display on your bank statement as Rosie Lees Ltd.


Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. If this happens, we will endeavour to keep you informed. We cannot however accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay. 

Infinite Objects work with carefully selected and trusted partners who ship from various locations around the world, therefore in some instances products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. 

Please be aware that the recipient of the goods is solely responsible for the payment of duties and taxes, these charges will not be covered by Infinite Objects.


Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email or call 020 7613 3752 immediately. We will then arrange for a the goods to be collected and will organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.

Unsuitable Goods

To receive a refund you must return the goods within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. For items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Goods must be returned with your packing slip and copy of order confirmation email to the address below.

Returning Custom Made Goods

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges available for any goods that have been made to order.

All goods returned must be in a perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.

If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using registered post and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Rosie Lee is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Returns received outside the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
